  Manish Mendiratta aka Dj Mash was born and brought up in Delhi (India). Naturally inclined towards electronic music, the first visit to Goa in 1995 changed everything for him. Mash took Dj'in as his career in 1997.

Traveling had always been his keen interest. His passion for music and his unique mixing style took him to different places around the globe. Mash soon became a familiar name in the industry when he started playing in some of the top most clubs in Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Agra, Calcutta and Chennai. He was involved in revolutionizing the dance music culture in Delhi.

Though initially experimenting with various genres of music he soon realized it’s the progressive house/trance and the psytrance that influences his mind, body and soul. Soon then "The Underground Gravity" was born and Mash was organizing electronic music parties in and around Delhi. Dj Mash was also one of the in-house Dj for MTV’s longest dance party in 1999 that made it to the Guineas Book of World Records.

After completing his Audio Engineering from SAE, Sydney in 2002, Mash took a step ahead into music production. Soon he became a popular face in the Sydney dance culture playing at most of the progressive and trance events throughout Australia. His excellent Dj'in skills took him to play at some of the major clubs and outdoor festivals in Melbourne and the Earth dance festival of peace in New Caledonia. Mash took a leap into events organization in 2004. He organized many electronic music events in NSW (Australia), both indoors and outdoors, that showcased some of the excellent artists and dj's from round the globe.

Mash is certainly one of the finest dj’s / live act to come out of India and spread the Indian vibe internationally. His impeccable mixing, unique mixing style and his ability to understand the crowd has made him a popular name in global electronic music scene. This has also gained him a platform to play along with some of the finest international artists / dj’s.

Currently Mash is working with Fashion TV as their official Dj and had  a full-time residency at F-Bar & Lounge, The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi
From Aug’08 Mash is a resident Dj at F Bar and Lounge New Delhi, one of the finest clubs in Delhi to won a Times Night life award for 2008.

1. Headlined the Earth Dance Festival of Peace, New Caledonia.
2. In house Dj for the MTV’s world longest Dance Party at Fireball that made it to the Guineas
      Book of World Records.
3. Resident DJ and organizer for one of the biggest electronic music party at Bristol Hotel,
     11 March ‘2000.
4. Guest DJ for Vibrato ‘2000, International Music Festival at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi,
      with fusion of Indian and German DJ’s.
5. Guest DJ at the Earth Dance Festival ’05 Afterparty in Sydney (Australia).
6. A 10-hour dj set @ Tribeadelic gathering ’04. Melbourne, Australia.
